<a href=""></a>

SCIENTIFICALLY, It COULD HAPPEN, YES!!
Chance affects the laws of nature. You would think: if a fish is thrown up in the air, the probability of it coming down again is 1 in 1. In reality, this is not quite true! Everyone would be surprised if the fish did not come down because, they might argue, the law of gravity says that it must and nature says that the fish doesn't have and can't grow wings. But it is important to remember that scientific laws are only statement about what is likely to happen. They cannot tell you that something will definitely happen. There IS a chance that something could happen which never ever happened before from the start of the universe- even if that chance is a number too small to be counted, so why not the fish grow wings and fly on that ONE occasion that YOU actually try it? `:)

Well I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings BUT the chances of your fish sprouting wings an flying are ZIP, ZILCH, ZERO to NONE.
Nope no magic potion for that either.
Sorry dude.
Maybe you could attach wings to it and tie it to a kite and just pretend it is flying! WELL!!!????
